When you book, we store your name, email address, stay dates, guest count and optional message to fulfil the rental contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and deleted or anonymized no later than 3 years after your stay, unless legal retention periods require otherwise.
Before you move in we ask for a copy of an ID document from every adult moving in and for the reason of your stay, so that we can register you with the residential complex and fulfil the rental contract (Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR). These documents reach us by email and are never uploaded to this website or stored in our database. We pass on to the administration of the complex only what its resident register requires. We delete the copies no later than 90 days after you move out, unless a legal retention period applies. The reason for your stay is stored with your booking and deleted with it.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your card details. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
This site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. Technical request data such as IP address and user agent is processed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). We set no tracking or marketing cookies without your explicit consent.
The map loads only after you click "Load map". Once loaded, Google may process your IP address. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Only if you agree in the analytics notice do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages help our guests (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Without your consent nothing loads and no tracking cookies are set. Your choice stays in your browser; clear the site data to withdraw it. Google may process data in the USA. Messages from the contact form reach us by email (via Resend, Inc.) and are used only to answer your request.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Just email us.
